Commissioning

Mechanical Completion (M/C) is the final phase of construction activities to verify the completeness of the constructed plant that each installed component conforms to or is fabricated, installed and tested in accordance with the project specifications and procedures. The M/C is one of a Major project key milestone when the M/C is achieved, client release the Mechanical Completion Certificate (MCC) and the plant is handed over for pre commissioning, commissioning and operation.

Pre-Commissioning (PC) is one of the construction activities that involves the verification of functional operability of elements within the system to achieve a state of readiness for the Commissioning and Start-up operation. Sometimes, for the pre-commissioning of Process units requires the completion of the commissioning activities of utility facilities.

Commissioning is the activities performed in getting processes running to establish normal operation. As part of these activities, it includes process verification and documenting that the facility and all of its system components and assemblies are designed, installed, tested and operated to meet the project requirement of individual units and systems.

Mechanical completion & handover (System-Sub System wise) of all Construction completed work and Dossier filling.

Manage Pre-Commissioning activities based on Construction Progress and Punch List Clearing.

Testing and Pre-Commissioning work.

Start-up and Shut Down maintenance works.

Loop Checking- hot and cold loop check.

Conduct Commissioning & Performance Test of HVAC System.

Testing and Commissioning of Fire & Gas detection and Suppression system.

Simulation and function test of Fire & gas Detection system. Field instruments calibration & Bench Calibration.

Nitrogen purging, Air blowing, pneumatic pressure testing, Water flushing and hydro testing.

Safety Relief valve (PSV, PRV and PCVs) calibration. Stroking of control valves.

3rd Party Inspection services: FAT-Factory Acceptance test/SAT-site acceptance test and Other inspection Services.

Electrical Equipment Function Test and commissioning activities.

Protection Relay Testing (ABB, SIEMENS, ALSTROM, GE) Transformers insulation resistance, Turns ratio test & Commissioning.

High and Medium voltage cable Testing. (Hi Pot test)

Medium and Low voltage Circuit Breaker and Motor starter function testing.
