Engineering

IEPCC solutions has a strong team of experienced engineers and designers to provide multidisciplinary detailed engineering design for petroleum, oil & gas and marine industries in various field such as Structural & Architectural, Mechanical & piping, EIT-Electrical, Instrumentation, telecom and Fire & Gas, HVAC and CO2 System.

Detailed engineering includes the extraction of all the essential information from the Design engineering drawings and provides the exact drawings in detail for fabrication, erection and construction.

Our Deliverables are Shop drawings, Fabrication Drawing, as build drawings, Material take off (MTO), Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Data sheets, Inspection and test plans (ITPs) Instrumentation Drawings. We utilise a wide range of design tools such as SACS, STAAD PRO, PDMS and Auto-cad.

Engineering outputs (deliverables) are generated and developed based on the agreed design basis including specifications, codes and standards, and regulations to support to the manufacturing goods and constructing facilities.

IEPCC Solutions has been developed an In-House automated tool IEPCC-MS (integrated EPCC Management System) for integration of Engineering, Procurement, Contruction-Material management, Welding Status, Document control, Warehouse Management and Commissioning-MC and Punch list activities.
